Sister Marie Lucey has been working for justice for more than 40 years—a passion that continues through her work with Franciscan Action Network. As a lobbyist, Sister Marie works to promote immigration reform and to overcome racial bias. The docudrama, The Sultan and the Saint, is a major project in helping to build Catholic/Muslim relationships. READ
Challenging Young Minds: Taking a STEM Approach
Principal Sister Theresa Firenze of St. Catherine of Bologna School in Ringwood, New Jersey, is proud that the school is one of only three to have received official STEM certification through AdvancED. Using creative, thought-provoking activities, students experience hands-on learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. READ
