Versatile Tomato Sauce

4 frying peppers
2 large onions
2 cloves garlic
6 paste tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
3 small zucchini
olive oil
salt
1 thai dragon hot pepper
some basil

Chop all ingredients. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients, cook until soft. Puree in food processor and return to pan to cook down a little more.

Delicious and sweet! Good with pasta and parmesan cheese; also good over black beans and rice.
