“I needed a special meal for some special guests at the University of Notre Dame.  It was Lent and with my schedule I didn’t have much time to prepare it.  I called my best reference and the greatest cook, my mom!  Her answer, ‘Try my cheese strata.’  For special and meatless meal…add the crab.  Roasted asparagus adds to the flair, but green beans would be fine too.  I completed the presentation with some Cole slaw and mandarin oranges.”
