Fish ‘N Spinach
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush fillets with lemon juice; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spread spinach over the bottom of an 8-inch shallow baking dish. Pour milk over spinach; top with cheese and then fillets. Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with paprika.
